As Head of Strategy, you'll play a key role in shaping our agency's strategic vision, working hand in hand with our creative and account teams. Your insights will be instrumental at the highest levels of our organization, influencing our senior leadership team and fostering collaboration across PHUK, PH Global, and Publicis Groupe.

Qualifications

As someone who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty, you'll have a proven track record of defining winning strategies that fuel award-winning creative ideas. With experience at a similar commercial level, you'll exude confidence as you lead our strategic offerings here in London.

But that's not all – you bring a wealth of commercial experience from within the pharma/healthcare industry or consumer health and wellbeing sector. Senior stakeholder management and client relations are second nature to you, having honed your skills in marketing or creative agencies.

With a portfolio boasting a diverse range of accounts and projects, you thrive under pressure, tackling even the toughest client requests with a calm demeanor, regardless of the deadline. And when it comes to our people, you understand that they're our greatest asset. Line-management experience and a passion for nurturing talent are non-negotiables in your book.

But what truly sets you apart? Your guts. We believe in the power of intuition and bold decision-making. While data may be abundant, it's your gut instinct that often leads to the most innovative and impactful strategies.
