Job Description

The Director, Corporate Communications – EMEA will be responsible for building Epsilon’s PR practice in EMEA and establishing Epsilon as the world’s leading global advertising and marketing technology company. You will be the ultimate brand ambassador and an experienced communications professional with a passion for innovative and compelling storytelling.

As a member of Epsilon’s global Corporate Communications team, the Director, Corporate Communications – EMEA will lead PR in the region and focus on executing initiatives that propel Epsilon’s brand awareness through consistent messaging and brand strategy. Main PR duties include building a PR practice in EMEA and creating informative content such as press releases, articles, and media opportunities to share Epsilon’s brand, products, and services. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, with great presentation and organizational skills.

Duties & Responsibilities Include:

• Write and edit press materials for Epsilon’s offices in EMEA, including press releases, talking points and briefing documents
• Thought leadership including the development of executive byline articles and placement, and leveraging and supporting research initiatives
• Build relationships with key editorial contacts at trade and vertical publications
• Work with subject-matter experts and facilitate media interviews and content creation
• Media monitoring and competitive intelligence, development of clip packets, and tracking and reporting of PR activities and metrics
• Virtual and live speaking opportunity research, submission creation and presentation development
• Lead the research and development of technology and business awards submissions
• Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to localize strategy, content and messaging
• Manage external partners for execution and scale, as needed

Job Qualifications:

• 10 -15 years brand marketing/communications experience, preferably at an ad tech company or in-house agency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record of working with members of the media to secure press coverage
• You are a natural storyteller with a passion for company culture, technology, digital marketing, data and innovation.
• You can distill complex and highly technical messages and ideas into meaningful content, adapted by audience and sector
• You are flexible and able to adapt to changing scenarios, stay calm under pressure and are someone who rolls up their sleeves and gets the job done
• An engaging, outgoing personal style--enjoy working independently as well as part of a team
• The ability to lead projects with remote contributors and stakeholders
• Highly organized with good follow through capabilities
• Tenacious, energized, curious and enthusiastic self-starter; ability to be flexible and multi-task
