Job Description

To believe in the creative importance of bringing ideas to life – in both the way that it happens and the how it happens. The journey is as imperative as the end result.

This is the best job in the world – because when a Producer gets involved in a project the conjecture ends and the reality gets constructed.

To be part of a dynamic team responsible for the day-to-day development, budgeting, creation, and delivery of the Agencies creative output.

To be a production expert ( in the making ) in everything from the pitch process, through animatic and radio production, to smaller film and content productions.

To be an empathetic, caring, and responsible member of the production community.

This is the next stage on the road to becoming an internationally recognised, great Producer.

Qualifications

• Commitment to the same skilful approach to producing regardless of budget or multi-faceted campaign content.
• Great creative understanding and instincts.Detailed understanding of the production process.Preferably IPA producer qualified
• Responsible for designing and monitoring the production schedule.
• Management of external creative partners, of key personnel and stake holders
• Enquiring knowledge of directing talent – across all areas of moving image.
• Production specialist resource for the creative and a/c management teams.Professional knowledge of Post-production, Budgeting & Delivery process.
• Great negotiator and financial manager and understanding Legal, practical process, and ClearCast as they relate to the production process.
• Understanding of UK filming requirements, on over-seas filming requirements and on COVID filming requirements.
• Dedicated to making the best film/content possible. Good under pressure. Able to prioritise. And a genuine, enjoyable, and empathetic team member.

Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with employees being office-based on Mondays and two other days during the working week.
