Job Description

We're looking for a talented and creative Content Creator to join our team at Digitas! You'll be responsible for developing engaging and innovative content across various platforms, for a well-known skincare client.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for visual aesthetics, and the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences. The right person is passionate about the skincare space, an active part of the skin care community and a self-starter who takes initiative to create compelling content while managing their own process.

What you'll be doing:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content is onbrand and strategically aligned to business and audience objectives
  • Create high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for a variety of digital channels, including TikTok and Instagram.
  • Develop content that is tailored to the unique voice and tone of each client's brand, ensuring consistency and authenticity.
  • Conduct thorough research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and relevant topics to inform content creation.
  • Generate creative concepts and ideas for campaigns, promotions, and content initiatives that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Produce and edit videos, animations, infographics, and other multimedia content to enhance storytelling and engagement.
  • Collaborate with designers (when needed) to create visually appealing and impactful visuals.
  • Stay updated on emerging content formats, platforms, and technologies to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of digital marketing trends.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of content using relevant metrics and insights and iterate on strategies based on data-driven findings.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining the highest standard of quality and creativity.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, Copywriter, or similar role, preferably within a marketing agency setting.
  • A passion for skincare and fashion
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong design aesthetic and ability to execute in appropriate channels.
  • Strong conceptual ability to idea original ideas for pieces of content.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and software, including content management systems, graphic design tools, video editing software, etc.
  • A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of content, including written articles, social media posts, videos, and other relevant examples.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles, SEO best practices, and content distribution strategies.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative content ideas.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to evolving client needs and industry trends.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Additional Information

Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with employees being office-based on Mondays and two other days during the working week.
