Job Description

We are looking for a Mid Weight Project Manager to join our growing agency within Publicis Groupe in central London.

 In this hybrid role, you will be working within an embedded team with our energy client to drive brand and marketing projects forward.  As a creative studio Mid Weight Project Manager, you love the details, get excited about planning ahead, and thinking about risks that may get in our way. You transition seamlessly between the details and the big picture.

A Project Manager is equal parts planner, problem solver, analytical thinker, client relationship builder, and cheerleader.  You will be a great teammate who is able to form strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, designers, and copywriters. You will also be a process specialist, used to implementing best practice when it comes to Studio processes from briefing through to approvals and feedback. 

The Role: 

• Develop, tracks, and manage project plans, budgets and timelines for brand and marketing projects.

• Work with partners to develop creative briefs, ensuring all tasks are clearly defined for the studio creative team.
• Day-to-day management and guidance of project progress, resource planning, management, and coordination of all project deliverables.
• Ensure all processes are upheld & any areas for process development are worked through with the Senior PM/Brand ops team.
• Shaping Processes where needed for special projects/identified departments with support from senior PM/Op.
• Deliver BAU Projects as your bread and butter for certain areas of the business (to be defined when you join) and ad-hoc projects based upon objectives/requirements of the business.
• Become a DAM specialist and ensuring all your delivered content is uploaded, tagged and categorised correctly in the DAM.

Qualifications

• Have a track record of project management experience within an advertising agency or similar environment.
• Specific experience of the project management of marketing and brand teams and their interface into wider (preferably digital businesses) is a must.
• Relish the challenge of a fast paced, matrix working environment.
• Organisation skills are critical - you will be coordinating multiple partners across multiple tasks from multiple projects daily.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• We are looking for someone who values collaboration and communication, has a high attention to detail, is pro-active and accountable.
  • Calm whilst working with levels of ambiguity and adept at bringing order and clarity into a team environment.
  • A real people person who develops powerful working relationships quickly and maintains them successfully.

Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with employees being office-based on Mondays and two other days during the working week.
