Job Description

The Role

We’re looking for a Organic Social Account Director to join our team working across a creative global footwear brand. Focussed on the EMEA region, you’ll be the key client contact covering all things Organic Social Media.

What you’ll be doing:

• Day-to-day client lead, liaising with clients across regional and global teams, building a strong relationship to drive social forward
• Owning the creation of organic content planning, working alongside the strategy team to ensure content calendars follow the approved strategy.
• Developing conceptual ideas and briefs for organic social content, and working alongside a content creator to bring these to life!
• Keep a keen eye on industry & social trends, and using this knowledge to provide recommendations on future content and reactive opportunities
• Support the team in regular reporting, test & learn and community feedback

Qualifications

What will make you successful in this role:

• Experience in a client facing role, working with global brand and regional teams and building strong relationships
• Proven experience in organic social content strategy planning
• Clear understanding and expert knowledge of the social landscape and platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok
• Exposure to working on multi-channel campaigns
