Job Description

The Associate, Billing Specialist, is responsible for providing the highest level of billing support to Publicis Sapient’s clients and internal teams across our global organisation.  The successful candidate must demonstrate willingness to go the extra mile for the team’s success. They will be a problem solver, creative thinker, fast learner, detail oriented, and must also possess the ability to build exceptional relationships with various client facing and internal HQ teams. 

The Associate, Billing Specialist Impact:

• Create billing drafts, review for accuracy, and ensure the invoicing meets clients’ guidelines globally.
• Creation of contract billing milestones into our SAP systems.
• Prepare and publish various global status/workflow reports to the business.
• Cancellation/re-generation of invoices that do not comply with the required criteria.
• Collaborate with internal finance/ops business partners to achieve the right level of operational support for complex client billings and ensure billing accuracy.
• Understanding of the financial and accounting impacts of billing activity.
• Adhere to company standard operating procedures, financial and process internal controls, and SLAs.

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience:

• At least 1 year business experience.
• Experience in a Digital Agency, consulting, or professional services organisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong facilitation, time management, and prioritisation skills.
• Proven ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
• Experience working in a Globally Distributed Model preferred.
• Strong skills including Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.

Set Yourself Apart With:

Work experience with SAP billing/Accounts Receivable is preferred.

English proficiency - your resume must be submitted in English for consideration.

This role is hybrid with 3 days per week in our London office, 2 days working from home.
