Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to become a key member of our Publicis LeOne x Digitas team.

In partnership with our Publicis Media & Production teams, as the creative arm of Publicis LeOne we lead the strategic and creative output of all global comms and brand campaigns & planning across our clients’ range of household brands. This role would be working on one of our clients’ most historic & established brands.

This role is a great opportunity to step up and run specific programmes of work on one of the Groupe’s most prestigious accounts in partnership with our Publicis Media & Production teams, with the support and guidance from your line manager the Senior Account Director.

What you'll be doing: 

• Managing high-value client accounts on a daily basis.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, serving as their reliable consultant.
• Championing the needs of the client within the agency and fostering cross-department collaboration.
• Proactively identifying potential issues and providing effective solutions.
• Collaborating closely with the Project Management team to ensure the production of high-quality work.
• Spotting and capitalizing on opportunities for growth in line with clients' business goals.
• Overseeing smooth account operations, including regular status meetings and efficient billing processes.

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

• Extensive experience in a creative role, including the management of Integrated Marketing Campaigns and/or Digital Experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate and enhance client relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Exceptional communication and team-working skills.
• A strong drive for continuous learning and professional development.
• A keen eye for detail and a team-oriented mindset.
• Business acumen, with a focus on delivering campaigns on time and within budget.

Desired experience: 

• Prior experience managing regulated or healthcare clients.
• Familiarity with other disciplines, for instance, media, product & platforms.
• Previous involvement in global integrated campaigns.
