Role Overview
Zenith is looking for a driven and passionate individual to fill the Associate Director, Cultural Convergence Strategy role to help deliver more meaningful, culture-driven, and business-centric marketing and media strategies for a major QSR client. This Associate Director role will collaborate with the broader agency team, helping to bring more tactical-level expertise and insights forward in the development of strategies, media plans, partner consideration sets, planning stewardship, and reporting/analytics. The Associate Director will be expected to leverage their culture-first experience, knowledge, and skills to push fresh thinking while balancing client, agency, and team needs with dedicated support in the way of senior level top-down guidance and direct reports. This position has dual reporting: 1) into the Director & Vice President on the client team and 2) the SVP, Cultural Convergence Lead on the client team.

They will be a “culture-first” resource to others in the resolution of complex problems/issues – and know how to unpack a client question to understand what they are really trying to solve for.
This candidate will have direct, ongoing support from both the Cultural Convergence SVP on the business, as well as the EVP, Cultural Convergence to help set them up for success.
Software Knowledge: Microsoft Suite, Nielsen Suite, Kantar, IMS, Flowchart Software, R/F and Optimization Software, Social Tracking tools, comScore, Prisma, MBOX, MRI/GfK, GWI. Must understand its capabilities and applications to translate data into actionable culture-first insights.

Compensation Range: $110,000 - $120,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
