Join our team at Publicis Health as a Talent Adviser! In this role, you'll be an integral part of our wider Publicis Groupe Talent community, collaborating with experts across the group to develop your skills and contribute to broader people initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include building strong partnerships with our managers and leaders, ensuring alignment with business needs, and delivering projects to a high standard. You'll also handle employee relations issues, providing guidance on matters like underperformance and disciplinary actions while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
Additionally, you'll support operational aspects such as GDPR compliance, payroll oversight, and HR system maintenance. Communication and collaboration are key, as you'll work closely with our Talent Coordinator, ReSources HR, and other team members to effectively communicate and achieve our goals.
Your role will also involve talent acquisition, ensuring fair compensation and smooth transitions for new hires, as well as driving performance and career development within our agencies. Championing inclusion, celebrating diversity, and promoting employee wellbeing will be central to your responsibilities.
