GENERAL SUMMARY
The Digital Assistant Account Executive plays an important role in developing digital programs and partnerships that are strategic, innovative and on budget. The Digital Assistant Account Executive (AAE) supports the Account Supervisor (AS) and senior team members in day-to-day client business management. The AAE is a steward of the client relationship and will become an expert on the Lexus lineup. Responsibilities for this AAE include supporting all Marketing Communication initiatives, including facilitating relationships with multiple clients, supporting the execution of materials, as well as maintaining and establishing clear documentation and processes that benefit all internal teams working on projects. The AAE should have a strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task with accuracy, as well as show enthusiasm for the work and the Lexus brand. This is an integrated role working across all departments in the agency and must be interested in processes, process improvement, and process establishment across teams.
Team One is a hybrid workplace and this position is required to be in the office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
Day to Day:
Client Management
Frequently updates the Account Supervisor on the status of projects/answering client inquiries.
Builds rapport and credibility with clients to comfortably engage in client contact.
Continuously provides a clear line of communication between Lexus clients and multiple agency teams throughout the duration of a digital project/campaign.
Remains actively involved in day-to-day client initiatives, while building an understanding of the digital ecosystem, the business and Lexus products.
Works with the Producer to ensure meeting recaps are promptly sent to all parties.
Initiates and issues conference reports (under supervision of Account Supervisor).
Responsible for supporting site maintenance updates and enhancements to Lexus.com.
Researches and identifies Lexus superiorities/claims within competitive landscape. Maintains documentation and ensures all agency partners receive information as it is updated.
Assists Product Insights Specialists as needed on asset reviews.
Supports Product Insights Specialists in formalizing documentation of agency and project processes that support product accuracy while driving efficiencies.
Responsible for weekly client status reports, conference reports and oversee job/change orders.
Prepares and produces materials for Client presentations and special projects.
Manages all arrangements for client meetings, including set-up, multi-media needs, and catering.
Reviews all materials and confirm accuracy prior to client presentations and final production.
Experience:
1-3 years of industry/marketing agency experience in a client-facing/client management and/or Project Management role. Automotive and/or digital experience a plus.
Ability to support multiple projects and clients concurrently while meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and the Google Workspace.
Education: A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Skills and Abilities: This person must be highly organized, with a charismatic and varied communication style. Familiar with both online and offline work. Communicates skillfully. Strong attention to details, time management skills and resourcefulness to work within project constraints are required. This person should be highly collaborative and express enthusiasm to learn across new types of agency projects.
