Job Description

Our team is looking for someone who can help us develop, nurture and grow our relationships with top-tier healthcare clients. Beyond that, here’s how you’ll make your mark:


Agency Operations:
• Finances: Familiarity with and adherence to agency financial and operating procedures and policies. Maintains accurate, organized files.
• Trouble shoot: Solution oriented. Brings problems to the attention of management
• Team Leadership: Positive influence


Knowledge:
• Solid understanding of the pharmaceuticals and healthcare industries and at least two media channels
• Continuously learning technology
• Adheres to agency process. Identifies issues and contributes to problem resolution


Strategy:
• Competitive positioning: Understands client positioning and strategy
• Informing: Keeps team informed of changes in client/competitive climate. Communicates clearly and frequently
• Planning: Research on category, competitive data, therapeutic areas

Qualifications

You’re just starting out and amped to learn all there is to know about Client Services. Here are the skillsyou’re ready to put to work:
• 2+ years of Account Management experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Exceptional client management relationship skills
• Ability to rapidly grasp client marketing objectives
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple client contacts
• Ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks
• Ability to analyze data (site metrics, media performance metrics)

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $58,500- $92,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application window for this job posting will end 06/14/2024.
