Your Career
This position will be part of the Global Go To Market Learning and Enablement team, reporting to the VP of EMEAL Sales Acceleration. This people leader is responsible for the operational direction of the EMEAL enablement team and owns the execution of the EMEAL enablement strategy for all GTM roles in the Theater in alignment with the WW enablement team. You and your team are responsible for ensuring the product proficiency of our EMEAL sales, post sales, and ecosystems teams.
The ideal candidate leverages creative thinking to find innovative solutions to our toughest enablement challenges and demonstrates individual resourcefulness, strategic thinking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a drive to get things done with a collaborative, ‘make it happen’ approach.

In line with our key sales principles the team is focused on enabling the shift toward customer-centric, portfolio-selling motion. To achieve this we are continuously working on simplification of structures and processes to set our sales teams up for future success and drive scalable growth across our business, while ensuring a seamless customer experience and through clear process and engagement rules.
As we look ahead to FY24, we are in an excellent position to extend our market leadership and distance ourselves from the competition. The opportunities before us are boundless, and in order to unleash our full potential, we are embracing this journey of transformation: bringing resources closer to our customers, establishing cross-platform Account Teams, integrating the speedboats into our theater, evolving the surround structure to simplify processes, and unifying ecosystems under one organization.
