Job Description

Project Manager

As a Project Manager you will be the operational daily lead across important workstreams on a large EMEA client, reporting to the Project Director. You will be 'guardian' for every campaign and project in your care, seeing it through from conception to completion - ensuring faultless delivery and achieving pride in the result.

You will provide oversight for delivering all integrated projects in your workstreams, managing scopes timings and budgets. You will be a collaborator and be able to juggle multiple complex projects.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain detailed production timelines to track progress across multiple workstreams
  • Manage workflows, adjusting tasks and deadlines accordingly
  • Organise all creative WIPs and follow the correct creative approval process
  • Liaise with Account Management to ensure that the project timing plan and deliverables list are up to date
  • Track and managing team hours and expenses in collaboration with Account Management
  • Manage resourcing allocations with Resource Management, and sourcing the correct internal or external resource support
  • Liaison with clients throughout the process on project management issues - timings, budgets, feedback, and artwork changes
  • Share progress updates with clients and senior partners
  • Organise and attend regular status and resource meetings
  • Ensure that all relevant financial documentation is kept up to date including quotes, and invoices / purchase order admin using Paprika
  • Ensure quality control of the end product
  • Maintain meeting notes

Qualifications

What you will bring:

  • Experience in project management, traffic management or an associated position in an agency environment
  • Knowledge of programmes (especially Excel (can perform complex functions) and project management software. Knowledge of Smartsheet would be a bonus but not essential
  • Track record in course correcting independently
