The Role
We’re looking for a Solution Lead to join our fast-growing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Practice in the UK. Merkle is a Salesforce Agency Partner and has a strong complete Salesforce ecosystem knowledge, data management capabilities and experience activation expertise and the Data & Martech area of the Salesforce ecosystem is a key growth area of our Practice.

Our Salesforce Marketing Cloud practice offers solutions to accelerate business growth from investment in Salesforce products such as Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Personalisation and Tableau/ Datorama. To support our clients with better outcomes, we provide a full range of services across strategy, technology implementation, data solutions, business change management, user experience design and development, marketing activation and advanced analytics services. Our key differentiator is to help clients achieve rapid time-to-value from technology.
This role offers an opportunity to step into a fast-growing practice area and become part of this growth. You will lead engagements across a portfolio of strategic clients in a Solution Lead role.
This is a complex role, where you will deliver the following elements in parallel and these on daily basis:
What we are looking for in you
We are looking for someone from a consultancy / agency / marketing technology vendor background with experience in Marketing Automation, CDPs and data-driven customer experience programs. Solution Engineering, Consultancy and / or broader data & martech experience is a big plus.
