Job Description

The Senior Pursuit Manager position sits within the Merkle EMEA growth team and provides exceptional project management on Global opportunities. At its core, it's all about helping Merkle, as part of dentsu, sell more innovatively and effectively throughout our network.

Working on our most prestigious and high-value opportunities, you will provide full project coordination across all aspects of the sales process, from proactive proposals to pitches. You will need to think strategically and creatively, motivating the team to produce our greatest thinking whilst ensuring we achieve all the client's desires.

  • Full project management on qualified sales opportunities
  • Representing Sales Enablement in Qualification calls
  • Developing best practices and working methods that will be implemented across the network
  • Developing processes parallel to the EMEA Sales Enablement Strategy and reporting back to the business
  • Promoting the Sales Enablement team within the network
  • Training the UK Sales Enablement team on opportunities of this nature and onboarding new starters
  • Leverage our Content Library to provide our opportunity teams with relevant content, and ensure you
  • extract the latest insights from your opportunities to input into the Content Library
  • Briefing our Sales Research team on new research requirements and doing desk research

Qualifications

The role of Senior Pursuit Manager is diverse and busy. It requires you to be motivated, adaptable, and always curious. On top of this, we're looking for:

  • Three years working in a similar new business environment
  • Proven project management skills for teams of varying sizes
  • A positive, collaborative mindset, with great communication skills
  • Ability to be a team motivator and leader
