With the leadership of experienced senior colleagues, you’ll be part of the team responsible executing Mileway’s disposal strategy of assets which are located throughout the UK and Europe.

What you’ll do
• Support Disposals coleaguesin their strategies to analyse and dispose of properties throughout the portfolio. You’ll liaise with asset managers across our European markets to analyse opportunities and prepare assets for sale, ensuring that execution goes according to plan.
• Engage with the agency and investment community throughout the U.K. and Europe in the sales process to manage disposals
• Liaise and coordinate with colleagues from across the company and Blackstone to bring transactions to conclusion
• Perform comprehensive and in-depth real estate and market analysis, honing your transactional and portfolio management skills
• Conduct research and prepare analytics, presentations and documents.
What you’ll bring
• 1-2 years’ relevant employment (preferably European) and a genuine interest in real estate
• Native or strong professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Other European languages are a plus.
• A hands-on approach and drive to get things done. You can demonstrate a sense of personal accountability and urgency for achieving results.
• An understanding of good information management principles. You understand the importance of a single source of truth, data ownership, and consistency.
• Your passion for teamwork, organizational skills, and a desire to learn on the job
• Advanced level Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Your great team energy. You’re a hands-on self-starter who works confidently and independently, and you also collaborate well with others.
