We're on the lookout for rental consultants to join our team and play a key role in the development and implementation of our communication and business strategies.

Established in January 2015, Uhomes is a specialist accommodation booking platform with global reach. With properties in cities across the US, UK, Australia and 24 other countries, we have over 3400 properties providing quality accommodation in the best academic hubs around the world. So far, Uhomes has helped over 120,000 students find their home away from home.

Our user-friendly app is packed with great features, from comprehensive property and area information, to live broadcasting and virtual reality property viewing. Our friendly and knowledgeable consultants with overseas study experience will help our customers make the right choice without ever having to leave their sofa!

The role will entail:

· having an in-depth understanding of the housing market for overseas students.

· communicating with customers about rental demand, providing customers with adequate housing options

· promoting our brand on social media platforms including Little Red Book, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

· livestreaming on our App.

· working closely with other departments in closing the rental deals.

The ideal candidates will:

· hold a bachelor degree or above.

· be new graduates or have 1-3 years of work experience (experience in education, tourism or real estate industry preferred).

· Be native in Mandarin.

· be proactive in communication, quick in reaction and strong in language expression.

· be able to handle stressful work environment.

Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
