Job Summary: NIU Noodles shop is seeking a skilled and passionate Butcher to join our team. As a Butcher, you will ensure the quality and freshness of our food products, aligning with our commitment to excellence in the Taiwan Beef Noodles industry. Your expertise in culinary arts, kitchen operations, and food safety will help maintain our high standards.

Duties:
• Prepare beef cuts and trim for shop use.
• Ensure the freshness and quality of all meat products.
• Adhere to strict food safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team for efficient food preparation.
• Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Butcher or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and meat cuts.
• Understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced... environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
