Job Description:

In this role, the Senior Manager will be responsible for the market analysis, requirements gathering and prioritization of development activities for the Visa Acceptance Platform within the Central Europe, Middle East, and Africa (CEMEA) region. The role is based in Dubai, UAE and reports to the Regional Senior Director for Visa Acceptance Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis of complex business and system requirements, managing priorities within the Visa Acceptance Platform.

• Closely partner with Global Acceptance Product leaders and with regional stakeholders to deliver on-time, on-budget Acceptance VAS Products in the region

• Support development and delivery of regional product roadmaps for the Visa Acceptance Solutions in the CEMEA region.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders including Sales, CS, Marketing and Corporate Communication to support execution of the GTM strategy, ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.

• Support and empower sales teams in understanding clients’ business and technical needs and defining solutions to meet them

• Manage and prioritize solutioning efforts, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality solutions.

• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs and translating these into system requirements.

• Drive the adoption of new technologies and best practices to improve the Visa Acceptance Platform.

• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for driving usage as well as product enhancements.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
2. Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the financial technology sector.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex system requirements.
4. Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
5. Knowledge of the CEMEA region and its specific requirements is a plus.
6. Arabic is a plus
