The Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager role is in the team that supports GTM activities for Click-to-Pay in Europe. This team is a part of the broader team of 3 GTM teams, who support GTM activities for all products under Core Applications (e.g. RAIS, Network Products). Typically, the GTM team sits in the “middle” of the product [technical] managers/developers and the various client facing teams, usually in the clusters. The teams prioritize products vs. clients, executes on actionable insights, creates & executes adoption/scaling frameworks, owns marketing collaterals, training, etc. The is a London based position reporting to the Director CTP GTM.
GTM Strategy. Define clear segmentation, market prioritisation, targeting and distribution for Click-To-Pay’s (CTP) strategy, in line with the product positioning.
Product Readiness. In partnership with the CTP Product owners, in-country Product teams, Merchant Sales & Acquirer teams the individual will need to drive internal/external readiness activities to enable execution of the solutions to be deployed and scaled.
Deployment. Develop and drive initiatives, frameworks and programmes from initial pilots/”market seeding” through to full scale regional deployments, as appropriate and in partnership with the client facing teams in hub and the clusters.
Sales Enablement. Create/own collateral (incl toolkits) to support such deployment and scaling e.g. including sales collateral, training materials, FAQs, etc.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
