Job Description

• Lead the commercialization and execution strategy for all standardized solutions (Subscription Solutions) across the LAC region.

• Develop new standardized solutions, including sales plays and internal manuals, to enhance our subscriptions product offering and drive business growth.

• Create, map, and improve processes to build a robust governance model around the sale, delivery, and monitoring of subscription solutions.

• Collaborate with other internal teams to build innovative processes and tools that enhance the sale, delivery, and monitoring of subscription solutions.

• Engage regularly with clients to sell the subscription solutions.

• Participate in regular discussions with Visa client leadership to oversee the sales and deliveries of subscription solutions.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• At least 5 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience at large management consulting firm or Financial Institution
• Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
• Self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently
• Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills
• Ability to use both formal and informal influencing skills inside and outside the organization
• Accomplished range of skill from high-level critical thinking to working with external partners
• Ability to collaborate and lead in a team environment
• Bilingual in English & Spanish is required

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 100,700.00 to 130,900.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
