The Sr. Manager of VAS LAC Sales and Commercial Operations will be responsible for leading the implementation of effective sales and commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion of our business model across the region. In addition, the role holder will develop and execute new, transformation projects to drive our Sales and Commercial Operations processes to achieve best in class sales execution. The position will work closely with regional Value Added Services (VAS) other functional leaders to implement and coordinate systems and procedures.
This position will support the global sales function of our Visa Value Added Services (VAS) organization, which is a USD8B+ revenue portfolio. You will be part of a high-impact sales & commercial operations team responsible for empowering the next chapter of growth for Visa.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 125,500.00 to 182,050.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
