This position requires an experienced Product Lead with deep payments experience and a proven ability in the Product Management discipline. The key responsibilities include:
Deliver the network strategy and execution of the Account Network roadmap in close partnership with the Visa Direct Global Team, Network Delivery, Technology and Operational Teams
Gather and study market trends, industry standards and developments, as well as regulatory changes and the voice of the customer to identify new opportunities to enhance the value proposition and influence the integration product roadmap
Serve as a technical SME Accounts by obtaining a developing a deep knowledge of the product and influencing emerging payment standards
Develop analytics, reports, and KPIs to define what winning looks like, build robust business cases, and optimize the prioritization of the Accounts roadmap
Work with internal and external partners to execute the network integration roadmap and successfully launch new Network Integrations and any supporting functional capabilities
Develop a strong and cohesive team by providing leadership through coaching, setting strategic direction, and applying working knowledge of Visa products, systems and procedures
Monitor team performance, identify opportunities and make recommendations to drive improvements and increase efficiency and effectiveness
Optimise processes and knowledge management to ensure integrations are designed, delivered and operated in a highly repeatable and predictable manner
Ensure relevant controls and artifacts required for integration (field mapping templates, architectural flows, etc.) are completed and signed-off before initiating integrations
Lead the delivery of multiple high-profile and complex new partner integrations by tracking key milestones and driving timely and high-quality deliveries
Oversee integration delivery governance processes, ensuring relevant controls and documentation are in place and that relevant approvals are obtained
Ensure risks are accounted for and that an appropriate risk management process is in place and followed appropriately by the integration team
Support with sprint demos to ensure integration features align with expectations of operational teams
Work with Head of function and key stakeholders to prioritize integrations according to network product strategies
Manage the relationship with both internal and external stakeholders
Work with Legal and Compliance teams to manage the policies surrounding the Account network and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Lead the transformation of product ideas into actionable concepts, timelines and projects whilst considering the financial implications, marketing needs and the overall objectives of Visa Payments Limited
Ensure agreed product vision and requirements are designed with scalability of product and operations and long-term vision in mind
Provide status on network integration execution and delivery and underlying action plans and recommendations to senior leadership on an ongoing basis
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
