What it is all about
As the Sales Excellence Communications Manager you will be the driving force behind the strategic planning, creation and execution of direct, digital, webinar and reporting communications for Visa's Revenue and Commercial Operations team.
Reporting directly to the Director, your mission is to empower Visas commercial teams across Europe with the vital information they need to smash their ambitious sales targets.

What we’re after
The Revenue and Commercial Operations team is a diverse, inclusive, and experienced team, but we need you to contribute ideas for our approach to execution and to drive new and improved engagement.
We are looking for a confident, quick thinker with a good knowledge of both the payments sector and of the critical role communications plays in executing commercial goals. The ideal candidate will have PR or existing communications experience garnered in a corporate or agency role.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Strong organisational and project management skills
Experience or keen interest in content creation, social media, and marketing
Expert written and verbal communication, editing and proof-reading skills in English with other European languages not critical but certainly an advantage
Experience in delivering events both virtually and in-person
Creative skills: you need the creative ability to devise communication strategies
Digital skills familiarity with information technology, especially digital and video means of communication, is essential
Self-starter with the ability to work independently as needed, think ahead, engage proactively, and take initiative, while also working collaboratively as a team player
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally, interacting with all levels of stakeholders, including senior leaders
Editing and proof reading skills in English with European languages an advantage
