Job Description

• Operate across 1st and 2nd Line compliance teams assisting to ensure all regulatory requirements, legal requirements and operational targets are met 

• Work closely with Product teams to define system requirements needed to support compliance teams

• Liaise with supplier to ensure services offered support compliance requirements and maximise efficiency

• Coach, mentor and advise compliance team analysts, managers and leads 

• Continuously improve processes in order to more efficiently and effectively mitigate any AML related risk 

• Act at the escalation point for the compliance teams as well as the wider business 

Qualifications

• Extensive proven management experience, preferably within a FinTech environment
• An in-depth knowledge of AML and regulatory processes and procedures
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to clearly communicate at all levels
• Able to influence and gain agreement
• Comfortable working to changing deadlines and priorities
• Structured and organised in approach
