What you'll be doing:
• Provide outstanding one-to-one customer service to all clients including VIP's, in line with KOIBIRD standards.
• Build and maintain a loyal clientele and be accountable for customer data collection and management.
• Demonstrate and share strong brand and market knowledge with clients.
• Provide informed styling advice, by offering KOIBIRD’s unique and exclusive product range and excite customers with personalised product edits.
• Offer a multi-channel shopping experience, ensuring a seamless and augmented service.
•... Strive to achieve your personal sales targets and contribute to the overall business targets through upselling and cross selling across categories.
• Monitor customer shopping behaviour and stock performance and provide valuable feedback to store manager.
• Identify and seek potential new clients and work closely with Manager to build these relationships, suggesting new ways to engage and delight.
• Provide individualised communication techniques to ensure the best customer experience and maximize selling opportunities.
• Take initiative with performing daily store operational tasks, such as keeping the shop floor well presented, merchandising, stock management and deliveries.
• Work collaboratively with store management and the wider team to ensure effective and collaborative working environment.
Who we are looking for:
• Have previous retail sales experience in a luxury environment.
• Have an existing client database.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the brands we carry; always showing passion for fashion and luxury products.
• Have a passion for empowering women to look and feel their best.
• Have great interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deal sensitively and confidently with our customers.
• Communicate our values and brand philosophy to customers and team members alike.
• Act as a brand ambassador reflective of the company values and aesthetic.
