Job Description

Working at the heart of a fast-paced fashion business, a Visual Merchandiser will create an environment that inspires customers to explore their personal style. This role will support and guide the store team to deliver the most inspiring and exciting Customer Experience in line with the H&M brand and values. You actively drive sales in the store and are responsible to implement the Visual Identity. The Visual Merchandiser will meet the expectations of customers & colleagues at all times, as well as follow all H&M procedures & standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• You plan and implement all store campaigns and activities together with the store team following H&M guidelines 
• You ensure proper placement and visual presentation of products on the sales floor creating clear stories and wearable outfits 
• You check and replenish stock levels on the sales floor, ensuring that all sizes and styles are readily available for customers 
• You maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including folding and arranging clothing  
• You analyze Store KPIs and take actions to reach our business targets 
•  You coach and develop the team on visual and commercial knowledge  
• You follow together with the store team all H&M policies and legal requirements 

Qualifications

We know you are positive, creative and in love with fashion and style.  At the same time:  

• You are a team player, enjoying collaboration with the other members of the team.  
• You are a multi-tasker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. 
• You have good communicational, commercial, and analytical skills. 
• You are open-minded, flexible, and adaptable to changes.  
• You speak Ukrainian and basic English.

• Ability to maintain focus and handle the pressure of a busy day.
• Ability to organize, plan and prioritize to maximize business。
• Being clear and convincing in communicating with the team
