Job Description

You as Styling Specialist for stores are responsible for driving the Global Styling strategy, one that builds and communicates the Brand within the physical store environment. You execute, communicate and drive a long-term styling direction that creates desire and fashion authority, for an elevated and future fit store experience

What you will do:

  • Responsible for driving the styling expectations and the visual identity of COS in store and windows, to secure an inspirational in-store experience globally and support selling in a sustainable way
  • Creates high fashion mannequin looks for each styling direction that demonstrate the highest level of styling standards. One that represents the Global Styling Direction and Design beliefs – in line with product timing and relevance.
  • Deliver clear and inspirational communication around collection belief and styling direction to the Regional Teams
  • Follows up results of window direction, styling level and test/project roll outs of all store and window styling actions, to influence long term Visual strategy and provide feedback about it
  • Take the lead from the Store Styling Manager to translate the seasonal styling direction into windows and stores, for a unified COS direction and 360 experience
  • Work with the Regional styling specialists, to secure an impactful execution of customer facing styling globally, that drives Brand and selling
  • Collaborate with the merchandising team, to ensure stock intake is aligned with styling output – with Global to Local approach
  • Influence buying and design strategy for future collection opportunities and potential with feedback from global and regional teams
  • Engage, empower and inspire regional teams to drive the global styling strategy forward, and ensure local initiatives and regional directions support the Brand direction
  • Make garment selections that encapsulate the design inspiration, reflects the customer mindset and meets the needs of the business - in the right context and time, with the right styling
  • Follow and analyse the success of the window schemes and stories to secure selling, traffic and brand identity
  • Provide excellent knowledge of fashion and trends with the ability to interpret fashion direction for windows and store spaces

What you need to succeed

  • Experience within the store styling space from a head office view, with an interest in luxury fashion
  • Excellent knowledge of fashion and trends with the ability to interpret fashion direction for windows and store spaces
  • Ability to execute and communicate styling direction to a wide audience in an inspiring and clear way
  • A genuine interest in fashion with a passion for researching and following current and emerging trends.

This is a full time permanent  contract based at our Head Office in London

In this role you will be able to take advantage of a hybrid working arrangement. You will have the flexibility to work both remotely and, from the office. While remote working is an integral part of our part of our offer, approx. 3 days per week office presence will be required to foster strong collaborations and team work.
