Job Description

As DC Project manager you effectively lead DC  implementation projects and workstreams locally to achieve set objectives in-time, in-budget, and in-quality​​

RESPONSIBILITIES ​

  • Lead and manage implementation projects or smaller DC improvement initiatives  in alignment with regional and/ or global overall project or program mgmt.​​
  • Develop project plans and workstream timelines for implementation on DC-level​​
  • Manage and track project progress and exceptions and coordinate across all involved stakeholders within the DC and report to regional/ global project management. Manage and solve project issues and risks​​
  • Hand-over to operational teams after finalization of implementation in time and at targeted quality​​
  • Support implementation of renewals/ replacements of MHEs in DC, incl. goods flow and end-to-end DC processes​​
  • Closely collaborate with Rollout team both for test execution of new solutions and training of local resources​​
  • Support DC UAT, simulation, and issue resolution in alignment with the Program Management and Test & Roll-Out team​

  • Strong project execution, project management, planning, and risk management skills​​
  • Deep understanding of project implementation approaches, methods, and toolboxes ​​
  • Solid understanding of relevant Logistics projects & initiatives as well as DC operations across functions​​
  • Strong communication & coordination skills​​
  • Strong ability to engage and collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders​​
  • Holistic view for the bigger perspective with a visionary approach ​​
  • Ability to encourage collaboration, co-creation and people development by empowering others ​​

This is a full time permanent position. Office based in DC Milton Keynes.
