Job Description

As Marketing controller, you will secure the financial management of one of the most exciting parts of our business, supporting the delivery of our Brand vision to the customer. You will be responsible for developing and driving strategies to optimize budget spend whilst securing sustainable growth for COS, delivering on short- and long-term financial goals.

What you will do:

• Secure investments across the function are successfully allocated across the marketing funnel generating traffic to our stores and site. 
• Responsible in the budget and forecasting process for the department, ensure all systems and files are updated according to set deadlines and goals
• Support healthy growth and profitability by short and long term strategic spend planning, developing the business vision through proactive business controlling​
• Support the Head of Brand & Communication controller and Department managers to drive the long-term goals of the brand.
• Communicate financial results to relevant stakeholders and initiate actions; secure that key learnings influence future decisions and initiatives.
• Actively working with Departments within Brand and Marketing to ensure accountability for the financial plans, updated forecasts based on performance and analyse outcome.  
• Challenge and support all departments within the function to optimize the profitability in accordance with cooperate governance practices.​
• Secure that the accounting gives a true picture of the departments fiscal results​.​
• Proactively work with budgets and plans to secure that the short and long-term commitments for COS are fulfilled
• Seek opportunities to support sales increases, improve efficiency and optimize costs.
• Have a good overview of expected outcomes for marketing initiatives through transparent proactive controlling.

This is a full time permanent contract based at our Head Office in London
