Position Summary:
As a key member of the operations leadership team, the Manufacturing Engineer reports to the Plant Operations Manager and is responsible for identifying, leading and executing continuous improvement initiatives within all functional areas. Will lead teams within all levels of the organization, to review, recommend, resolve problems, or seek improvements concerning safety, quality, efficiency and cost.
