Job Description
- Responsible to handle client enquires, calls and other correspondence.
- Coordinate with the client to schedule sample collection and delivery of sampling bottles.
- Coordinate with the laboratory and field staff to arrange site visits.
- Coordinate with Travel coordinator for team flight and hotel arrangements.
- Responsible for the sample registration in LIMS.
- Responsible to apply gate passes and permits for sites.
- Responsible to raise PO for the material, consumables and other sub-contractor works.
- Coordinate with suppliers, sub-contractors for the supply of service.
- Responsible to create jobs in the BOSS system and create invoice.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Science or Chemistry or relevant Discipline.
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar role.
- Excellent communication skills.
