Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Vice President Enterprise Sales (all genders) to lead our sales efforts in the EMEA market. In this position, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships across the region and align with our global sales team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record ideally in direct sales, strong leadership skills, and extensive knowledge of the European market.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for EMEA in alignment with the company's overall sales objectives
  • Identify key market segments, target accounts, and sales opportunities to maximize revenue growth
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to drive strategic sales initiatives
  • Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team capable of achieving revenue targets
  • Align closely with our global sales team in Americas and Asia Pacific to streamline our sales strategy and -processes 
  • Foster a collaborative and positive sales culture, encouraging teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing strategic guidance and demonstrating the value proposition of our products and services
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction

Qualifications

  • +10 years of progressive experience in direct sales, preferably within software industry
  • Degree in business information technology, applied computer science, economics or a comparable education in the IT field with relevant experience
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the EMEA market supported by a strong and broad existing business network 
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, solution selling, and complex deal negotiations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies
  • Experience working in a global or cross-cultural environment is highly desirable
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Europe as required
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages are a plus
