Job Description
To support our continued and exciting growth we are looking for experienced Infrastructure Consultant/IT Support to support our clients Systems. Working with a team of extremely talented colleagues in delivering a wide range of complex infrastructure projects for our clients that deliver real business outcomes.
Key Responsibilites
- Work on site 5 Days a week in London (Victoria Area)
- Be the single Point of Contact (SPoC) to provide support on most end user application like O365, Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint, Exchange and local applications on PC`s and mobile devices.
- Familiarity cloud management for windows 11, mobile devices using Microsoft endpoint manager and Autopilot, specifically on configuration, provisioning, troubleshooting, deployment and updating policies for windows 11 using Intune.
- Onboard user, assigning license, and managing user and device groups.
- Responsible for the delivery of IT systems and services
Qualifications
- Technical skills installing, maintain and troubleshooting windows 11.
- Strong understanding of computer networks, security and meeting rooms.
- Experience using Active Directory/Azure Entra AD for identity and access management.
- TCP/IP and DNS troubleshooting
- Good experience of enterprise IT Support and providing support to end users.
- Worked with end user environments across a wide technology stack
- Solid knowledge of the Windows 11 platform and other Microsoft technologies
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Ability to work independently and triaging IT issues, escalate issues to third parties vendors where needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communications no issue with communication at exec level/VIP.
- Service-minded, team player and be driven to help users.
