Job Description

As a PMO Support you will undertake a number of activities to support the client which will include admin tasks and junior PM / PMO activities. As part of the role you will be required to work onsite (2-3 days) for our global manufacturing client in Derby.

You will be responsible for providing effective support to the Delivery leads as per the key accountabilities to ensure new projects run effectively and efficiently through good administration, accurate recording/tracking/monitoring/reporting of quality information.

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting the delivery teams with existing and 2024 pipeline work.
• Planning project management activities
• Analysing financial information to keep projects on track
• Ensure organisational tasks are carried out efficiently
• Collaborating with different business units to ensure all leaders understand where a project is in the development process

Qualifications

• Ideally you will be an experienced Project Coordinator/Administrator with good communication and organisation skills
• Demonstrable experience in the production of service support and transition documentation an advantage as well as working within a multi-supplier environment.
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Experience of working in a PMO environment - artefact collation, change processes (CAB), exposure to Service Now ideally
• Understanding of Network, Security and Storage technology solutions is highly desirable.
