How you’ll change it up

In this role you will be accountable for the progression and completion of wayleave agreements across multiple workstreams in line with business requirements. You’ll be responsible for implementing a sustainable strategy in line with the business’ vision. You will use data insight to manage effectively as well as leading on improvements initiatives to increase throughput. You will be responsible for all people management activity.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Reporting/Data Analysis: Using various tools to generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, enabling informed decision-making and directing focus where it's needed most.
  • Partner Management: A proven track record in effectively chairing meetings and managing partnerships in accordance with agreed contracts, ensuring mutual success and satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Demonstrated experience in delivering and implementing strategic process improvements, driving efficiencies, and cost savings through collaboration and innovation.
  • People Management: Strong capabilities in all aspects of people management, including coaching, mentoring, and executing employee engagement plans to create a positive and productive team environment.
  • System Development: Adept at leading ongoing development projects, ensuring thorough testing and requirement gathering in alignment with project timelines to support operational excellence.
  • Wayleave Negotiation: Knowledgeable in the ECC and adept at providing guidance during negotiations across multiple projects, ensuring favourable outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Salesforce Knowledge: Proficiency in Salesforce, with the ability to leverage the platform to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
