Job Description

What you'll do...

• You'll work with the ESG team and various departments to collect data, track performance, and report progress related to environmental, social, and governance initiatives
• You'll assist in the preparation of ESG reports and presentations for both internal and external uses
• You'll provide administrative support for ESG projects where needed
• You'll maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases of ESG-related data
• You'll support the organization in raising awareness of ESG initiatives and providing direction to team members
• You'll attend weekly/bi-monthly committee and project-specific calls alongside Pillar Heads
• You have an interested in streamlining processes and developing more efficient procedures

Qualifications

What we’re looking for…

• Knowledge of ESG principles, sustainability practices, and relevant regulations preferred but not required
• You have a passion for all things ESG and want to be part of a team that's making a difference
• Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in data management, reporting tools, Excel and PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Quick learner, positive can-do attitude
• Extremely organised; can sort through and summarize large amounts of information
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
