Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and manage our 100 keys serviced apartments in the vibrant Brentford, west of London.

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the property's operations, guest satisfaction, and team performance :

• Provide leadership and guidance to the property's team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the serviced apartments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk services.
• Monitor guest feedback and reviews, and take proactive measures to enhance guest satisfaction and experience.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue.
• Oversee budgeting and financial performance of the property, making data-driven decisions to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the property and maintain a strong online presence.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to enhance team skills and performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, partners, and the community to foster business growth.

Qualifications

Are you the Ideal Candidate?

• If you are passionate about hospitality and possess the skills and experience required for this position, we would love to hear from you.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry, with a focus on serviced apartments or hotels.
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make effective decisions and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages would be a plus.
