Job Description
We are looking to hire a Learning & Development Specialist/ Expert based in our Dubai office. You will need to be based in Dubai and have prior relevant experience in the Middle East.
Your responsibilities:
Identify and collaborate with business sponsors, subject matter experts, and external partners to drive relevant and value-based learning solutions in the Middle East.
Assess employees' learnings needs and ensure learning initiatives are aligned with Roland Berger strategy.
Define the local training calendar.
Facilitate end-to-end trainings.
Develop personalized learning paths based on individual employee objectives and development plans.
Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness on learning solutions through post-training assessments.
Utilize data-driven insights, develop and implement learning analytics to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the firm, providing expert guidance and support on learning and development matters.

Qualifications
5 years+ of Learning & Development experience preferably in the Middle East
Excellent communication and written skills in English
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to details
Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking capability
Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced and international environment with high energy level
Demonstrate organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiatives.
