What you will do:

Support the Store Manager in Emma’s first store in London, located in Westfield Shopping Centre.
Advise our customers on how our products can help them get the ultimate night's sleep.
Maintaining and organizing the sales floor according to the Store Manager’s process.
Support the Assistant Store Manager in the day-to-day management of store operations.
Do everything possible to achieve a high customer satisfaction score, always together with the customer and your team.
Contribute to Improving things or processes that can be done better, for which you will also be rewarded.

We are looking for someone who:

Is smart and energetic and can't wait to achieve great goals together.
Is curious and wants to learn new things.
Is genuinely interested in what a client is looking for and why.
Gets bored of sitting still and is therefore always looking for new challenges or improvements within our store.
Is fluent in English
Experience in retail is a plus, but certainly not a must.
