Job Title: Community Coordinator (Communities Engagement Coordinator)
Salary: £28,500 – 35,500 pa
Hours per week: 35 ( Flexible working options available)
Location: At IOSH, we embrace hybrid working because we believe it's the key to achieving work-life balance, strategic success and fostering our collaborative culture. You’ll be required to work from our head office in Wigston, Leicester a minimum of 2 days per week (one of which will be a Tuesday). The remainder of your working hours will be undertaken from home.

About the role
Our Volunteers are an engaged and dynamic community committed to Occupational Safety and Health, delivering a consistent, effective, and value-added service.
We are recruiting for a Community Coordinator, this role supports volunteers in delivering activities for our members, such as Podcasts, webinars, social media work and the operations of the steering group.
Reporting to the Communities Engagement and Volunteer Manager, this position also brings an exciting and varied opportunity to provide creative and forward-thinking skills to identify opportunities in encouraging membership growth and retention, with a focus on our early career professionals and responsibilities around the management of the IOSH Mentoring programme.
What you'll bring
We are seeking candidate with experience of building positive relationships and growing engagement within a customer focused environment.
You will be highly organised and have experience multi-tasking a range of activities with a variety of deadlines. You must be confident to work collaboratively across a range of teams and be creative and inquisitive.
You must be able to analyse and evaluate data, have excellent written, verbal and communication skills and strong experience of being customer focused.
