This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract - £30,000.

Based in Cheadle, South Manchester, we’ve been established since in 1974 and have built a team of over 750 colleagues, who are passionate about supporting individuals and businesses achieve their property ambitions by making finance work for them.

We pride ourselves on our common-sense approach to lending and offer a range of mortgage and secured loan products to individuals and businesses who are typically underserved by mainstream lenders. Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for sourcing the best people for the business. Working across all department within the business, you will headhunt, interview and manage the full recruitment process end to end. You will focus on providing a quality service to the business and candidates alike, whilst working at pace.       

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, we are looking for someone to:

  • Build fruitful relationships with key stakeholders to work in partnership with the business to provide a first-class recruitment service
  • Pro-actively hunt for talent; problem solving to find the best candidates for niche roles
  • Manage your own “clients” within the business; prioritising urgent roles, advising on recruitment techniques, talent pooling and headhunting
  • Be a subject matter expert for your stakeholders, being their go to for Talent queries
  • Build candidate pipelines for key roles across the business
  • Manage the end to end recruitment process
  • Support in the development of the Talent Strategy; looking at how we strengthen our Employer Brand and EVP
  • Support in the New Starter process; working closely with the wider HR team, to ensure continued communication with new starters in the lead up to their first day, during their probation period and beyond
  • Work at speed and to tight deadlines, whilst never compromising on quality or service

Qualifications

Essential

  • Experience in a previous internal or agency recruitment role
  • Proven experience of pro-active recruitment in niche markets – Finance in particular
  • Quality driven attitude to recruitment

Desirable

  • Recruitment experience within Financial Services or a regulated business
