Where does this role fit in?

Team ITG are looking for an experienced Campaign Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. If you love creating high-quality and engaging content that drives business success, we want you on our team!

As a Campaign Marketing Manager, you will develop and activate the overall content strategy based on acquisition targets. You will create a full multi-channel content calendar to raise awareness of our business across Team ITG and Capture Studio’s to raise awareness of our services and to drive new leads to the business. 

This role will focus on making Team ITG & Capture Studio’s famous, we are the industries best kept secret working end-to-end with global brands across retail, food and beverage, automotive, life sciences (and more!), and we want to shout about the fact we are different to any other agency and deliver incredible results for our clients.

Responsibilities: 

  • To create a multi-channel marketing and content plan to drive traffic, engagement, and new prospects into the sales pipeline across on and offline campaigns, events, PR and more.
  • Work with our subject matter experts across the business to create compelling thought leadership content that promotes Team ITG’s services and results in new leads.
  • To drive quality leads, you will plan campaigns, define messaging, select the optimal channel mix and report on results with key learnings 
  • To brief content into the ITG creative hub and work with Capture Studios on film and photography shoots.
  • Collaborate with our digital acquisitions manager, new business and sales team to ensure we’re understanding and reaching the right customers through our targeted campaigns
  • Supporting our team in acquiring ongoing campaign content for organic & paid social.
  • Manage the marketing of our services across our websites, implementing digital performance strategies and SEO, as well as creating new landing pages for campaigns, case studies and more.

Requirements

What can you bring to the table?

  • Strong digital expertise, with experience with building and creating a campaign strategy and calendar 
  • Experience working across multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of what content works in different channels, including LinkedIn, PR and events for a B2B audience
  • Digital experience across websites as well as experience producing video content for campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (the ideal candidate will be capable of presenting back to the business campaign plans and results)
  • Ability to interpret results from marketing campaigns and make decisions on next best action
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner with SMEs from a range of disciplines 
  • A genuine passion for marketing and martech and how ITG’s solutions can benefit global brands
  • Second-to-none project management & organisational skills – you will be operating in an environment of ever-changing priorities
  • Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated and results driven.

 You’ll be successful in this role if you:

  • Have a demonstrated ability to work productively with counterparts in a cross-functional capacity, across different departments/services.  
  • Are results-oriented. You have a proven ability to prioritise, drive and achieve results through self and others under time pressure.
  • Have extensive relevant experience (at least 3+ years in a similar role or client services). Prior exposure to digital marketing and content management is highly desirable.
  • Have social media know-how and SEO expertise
  • Understand key principles of UX design.
  • Want to work in a multinational, result-driven and fast growing environment
