The role:
As a Growth Manager you will play a key role in continuing Volt’s exciting journey by working on our most important strategic priorities. You will define our go-to-market for new products and countries - identifying key areas for growth and innovation - and drive these forward to completion. You will also identify and assess new opportunities for Volt.
You will work with high autonomy but also collaboratively - working with cross-functional teams across the organisation. You will report to the SVP Growth but also work closely with VP Expansion and VP Strategy.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in a commercially-minded strategy, growth or consultancy role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform strategic decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders
Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to work independently and assume significant responsibility
Experience in Fintech, Open Banking, or Payments is desirable but not essential
Responsibilities:
Define product strategy & GTM
Take a lead role in defining our strategy and setting direction for key products, including developing and owning business cases for key decisions and identifying ‘how we win’
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Legal, Compliance and other relevant teams in the business to develop and implement GTM plans for new products
Ensure successful delivery
Lead cross-functional products to deliver new products and country launches
Market Research and Analysis
Conduct comprehensive market research, including competitor analysis, to identify and assess opportunities for Volt
Business Strategy Support
Assist the SVP Growth in developing and executing business strategies, providing insights and recommendations to drive growth and success.
