LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST
Wellingborough based, hybrid 3 days in the office, up to £64,000 per year depending on experience plus benefits.
We know you hear it all the time: another ‘exciting opportunity to join a growing team’. Great, another advert which lists endless responsibilities and qualifications and requirements that have you questioning your ability - and you’ve probably lost interest halfway through reading it anyway. Not us; we like to see ourselves a little differently, and want to challenge the norm.
Although yes, this is an advert and we want you to understand what we are looking for, we want to focus on you and what you can bring to our team. After all, it’s the people that keep our vision and values alive! So, without trying to use too many ‘buzz words’, we’ll tell you what is in it for you!
Your Location: This role is a hybrid role based in Wellingborough (3 days in the office per week). Ideally, we would like you to be in the office Tuesday-Thursday, but we understand the importance of flexibility, so, please don’t let this be a deciding factor for you.
Your hours: This role is based on 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00- 17:30.
You: You will have previous experience of working as a Lead Business Analyst with a sound understanding of Salesforce. Proactive, quick thinker, problem solver, resilient - does this sound like you? Ideally, you will have worked within Financial Services, but we are open to speaking with you if you come from a regulated background. You will have Agile delivery methodology experience and experience delivering Operational Design (Business-Processes), process re-engineering and supporting business-change projects. You will need previous Salesforce experience for this role; you will take the lead of the Salesforce programme for the next few years, so if you are a Salesforce expert, we would love to hear from you!
Your role: You will lead and take on responsibilities for understanding the content and implications of business-change, either working independently or managing workstreams of several BAs to ensure Salesforce projects deliver solutions to facilitate the achievement of the anticipated. You will work closely with business stakeholders to agree and lock-down project goals, scope, and requirements. You will understand and articulate the end-to-end business impacts of change across people, processes, systems, and clients.
Your Money: You will earn up to £64,000 per annum depending on the experience you have.
If you are interested but not sure that you are right for this, then we would encourage you to submit your application anyway. Please do not discounted yourself because you think you don't tick every box - developmental areas are something that makes us all individual!
