THE WORK:
The Technical Business Analyst Lead/Financial Integrations Manager will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions for our Financial Services team. They will be responsible for leading the analysis of complex business problems, identifying opportunities for improvement, as well as designing and implementing these solutions. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements as well as design, implement, and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Build business operations solutions to support a payments business that uses crypto to deliver an innovative experience to customers
Analyze business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation
Work with complex data including trading, bank, and blockchain transactions
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document complex requirements
Stay up-to-date of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve processes and solutions
Become a domain expert in not only the technical aspects but also in the business processes
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovations, and excellence within the organization
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
5+ years of experience in Python, Pandas, NumPy
5+ years of experience in SQL and RDMS concepts and design
3+ years of experience in web services and REST APIs
2+ years of experience in Javascript or Google Apps Script
Experience leading complex projects and initiatives from inception to completion
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team while being flexible and adapting to changing requirements
Provide technical leadership, mentor and coach other analysts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interest or background in the Finance industry
