Job Description

We are looking for an experienced EA to support the CFO, CCO and Legal General Counsel to manage a globally driven calendar with attention to detail, including document preparation, attendees, logistics, communications etc. The role will be hybrid and require regular attendance at the office to support the CFO, CCO and Legal General Counsel.

 

Role & Responsibilities

Agenda management; keep ahead of potential scheduling conflicts; using initiative to find solutions and communicate changes in a timely manner

Support with Investor Relations activity; lead logistics planning for Investor roadshows both in the US and the UK (bi-annual), working alongside our Investor Relations teams and the relevant Banks to ensure optimised schedules are secured with our lead investors.

Inbox management and correspondence

Travel management including flights, trains, taxis, arranging visas and accommodation

Creation and execution of cost-effective, detailed global travel itineraries

Working ad-hoc for wider Finance and Commercial teams

Event planning both in-house and offsite

Project support as required

Agenda creation for new staff

Expense management and reporting

Providing great support to the team and adding real value.

Qualifications

Experience supporting at Director/C-Suite level

A self-starter who has experience working autonomously within a fast-paced, ever-changing and pressurised environment

Able to adjust communication style to align with different environments, such as Finance, Operations and Legal

Understand the need to prioritise and plan; however, be agile and comfortable enough to react to ever changing landscapes, business demands, and can make the step change seamlessly in a tech driven organisation

Accustomed to the demands of multiple Executives requiring conflicting changes simultaneously.

Able to work under pressure to strict deadlines and manage workload effectively under very demanding conditions.

Ability to organise and prioritise with strong attention to detail

Able to build strong relationships across the business with both internal and external stakeholders.
