Job Description

Vuori is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Enterprise Solutions Engineering and Integrations team, with a focus on technical design, development and support of our ERP system and enterprise integration framework. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O), expertise with integration design patterns, iPaaS solutions, standards and best practices, and a proven track record of leading software development and integration projects. In this role, you will lead your team in applying agile practices and design thinking to deliver and support solutions that enable Vuori’s growth.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead the engineering team responsible for the technical development, implementation, and maintenance of the ERP system, specifically Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration requirements and develop strategies to seamlessly connect our enterprise applications. 
• Oversee the design and development of custom integrations, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and secure. 
• Manage the full lifecycle of ERP and integration projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and support. 
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. 
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. 
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory standards in all aspects of ERP and integration development. 
• Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. 
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in ERP and integration solutions and assess their potential impact on the organization. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on ERP systems, specifically Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. 
• 5 years minimum Experience with developing on Dynamics 365 F&O ERP 
• A minimum of 3 years managing engineering teams.  
• Experience in Dynamics ERP implementation, upgrade, migration, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis. 
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and middleware technologies. 
• Experience with cloud-based architectures, preferably Azure, and an understanding of security best practices for cloud-based solutions. 
• Proficiency in Agile delivery methods and experience with Azure DevOps. 
• Strong problem-solving skills 
• Expertise in Clean Code and design patterns, with the ability to apply these principles to improve the maintainability and scalability of ERP systems & integrations. 
• Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams while being hands on.  
• Knowledge in Azure cloud services as well as database technologies such as SQL, Data Lakes, etc. 

Additional Information

Pay Range: $175,000-$190,000/yr
