The role:

You will have an impact from day one as founding Product Manager,  collaborating closely with our founder and senior leadership to help set the overall product strategy and direction for Hook. You will have the opportunity to help shape an industry leading product that predicts revenue growth using data science to identify organisations highest value customers and how to retain and maximise revenue. You will be in an incredibly fast paced area of the business, with close collaboration with both the technical and customer sides of the business. 

• Product Development: Managing the product development lifecycle, working closely with engineering, customer and design teams
• Requirement Definition: Defining detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on input from stakeholders, market research, and customer feedback
• Roadmap Planning: Creating and maintaining a product roadmap that outlines the timeline for feature releases and major updates, prioritising initiatives based on business objectives and user feedback
• Customer Feedback & Market Analysis: Gathering and analysing customer feedback and understanding the market and competitors through various channels such as user testing, surveys, and support interactions to continuously iterate and improve the product
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, customer support to ensure alignment and successful execution of the product strategy.
• Performance Tracking: Monitoring key product metrics and KPIs to assess product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions for optimisation
• Product Strategy: Developing and articulating a clear product vision and strategy aligned with Hooks overall goals and market demands

Requirements

Who we are looking for:

• Curious - You don't stop asking questions until you truly understand a topic. Doing your own research does not scare you and you are resourceful to scale rapidly on different topics
• Customer first - You are passionate about designing and building delightful user experiences that get the job done. You have the ability to balance business and customer needs

• Previous experience as a Product Manager within a startup environment (preferably at early stage, owning the product yourself)  
• Ability to work closely with developers, designers & customer teams to manage delivery of product development
• Entrepreneurial - You are self-motivated, proactive and collaborative. You have a high tolerance for ambiguity, ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines and willingness to take risks
• Experience conducting market and user research
